How we structure the work.
Every Reactit engagement starts as one of three shapes — Discovery, Build, or On Call. Each shape has a written entry criterion (what we need to start) and a written exit criterion (what you get when we are done).
The shapes compose. A Discovery sprint often leads to a Build engagement, which often leads to an On Call rotation. Or they stand alone — sometimes the right outcome is a written reference architecture and nothing more.
We do not run open-ended retainers. Every engagement has a defined shape, a defined duration, and a defined deliverable.
Three operating defaults.
Discovery sprint
2 — 4 weeks. We map the system, surface unknowns, size the programme. You keep the written deliverables.
Build engagement
3 — 12 months. Dedicated team embedded in your delivery cadence. We ship to production and transfer ownership in the open.
Reactit On Call
Continuous. SLA-backed operations with monthly reviews and the team that wrote the code on the line when it pages.
