Who we are.
Reactit is a fintech software house — a small team of engineers building the load-bearing systems of regulated finance.
We design, build, run and augment the core systems insurers, banks and financial-service institutions run on — policy administration, claims, payments and identity. Every engagement is staffed by the engineers who will operate the system in production, and we measure success in the on-call hours our clients never have to spend.

Engineers, not consultants on every engagement
The people who design the system are the people who write the code, debug it on a Wednesday night, and answer the page at 03:00. We do not separate the strategist from the builder.
Boring software, durable outcomes
We prefer the unfashionable choice when it lasts longer. Most of our work is to make institutions calmer, quieter, and harder to break — not louder, faster, or more impressive in a demo.
Open by default with our clients
We work in shared repositories, write postmortems our clients can read, and transfer ownership in the open. The brief is the handover, from day one.
