Open source contributions.
A short, honest ledger of the open-source work that comes out of Reactit engagements — libraries we maintain, patches we contribute upstream, and the principles we follow when we do.
Why we contribute upstream.
Reactit runs on open-source software. The institutions we serve run on open-source software. When we find a sharp edge, fix a bug, or build a useful library, we ship it back.
We are deliberate about this — open-source maintenance is part of the operating model, not a side project. Engineers are allocated time on rotation, and the contributions are tracked alongside client engagements.
The list below is partial and updated quarterly. We name only what we maintain or actively contribute to; not every patch is worth listing.
Selected projects we touch.
Realm-syncer
A library we maintain for multi-realm identity configuration as code.
Bulk-ingest patches
Upstream contributions to the database bulk-ingestion connectors we use most.
Reporting-modernizer
Tooling we open-sourced to ease the migration off legacy reporting templates.
Observability rules
Curated alert rule packs for the platform stack, contributed back.
Form-validation helpers
Small utility libraries for regulator-facing form workflows.
